About Our lamb
The tender, delicious lamb served at Papa george Resaurant is raised by Chris and Melinda Schroeder of Thistle Down Farms in El Paso, Illinois.
The Schroeders practice sustainable farming with special attention paid to the hmane stewardship of land and animals.
